    1,1Deputy General Manager: born after January 1st, 1975, Male, with intermediate (above), the Chinese Communist Party members, engaged in large state-owned Banking Company credit business management work for more than 5 years; or with small loan companies (small loan companies need to have a large state-owned investment background) as deputy general manager of the work experience, familiar with the company's customer credit business, has a certain customer marketing resources, marketing ability and innovative consciousness, strong communication and coordination ability; with good mental quality and health of the body.
    2,Client Manager :born after January 1st, 1975, bachelor degree or above, with a bank or security, small loan company work experience; familiar with the company's customer credit business, due diligence experience, risk identification ability, has a certain customer marketing resources, marketing ability and innovation consciousness, strong communication and coordination ability; strong language expression, language organization and communication skills.
    3,Review Manager: born after January 1st, 1975, bachelor degree or above, with a bank or security, small loan company work experience; familiar with the company's customer credit business, due diligence experience, risk identification ability, has a certain customer marketing resources, marketing ability and innovation consciousness, strong communication and coordination ability; strong language expression, language organization and communication skills.
    4,Risk monitoring: born after January 1st, 1975, Bachelor degree or above, familiar with commercial bank credit, risk management related policies and regulations and regulatory requirements; 3 years of commercial banks credit, risk management experience; strong risk identification and judgment ability, strong risk awareness; honest and trustworthy, diligent due diligence, with strong comprehensive analysis ability, organization and management ability and communication coordination skills
